Reasonable Suspicion: Workforce Awareness

Clarity Testing Services is now offering a simple way for trucking companies to get employees set up with online compliance training.

We have partnered with Evergreen Comply to offer courses that are FMCSA-compliant, fully online, and self-paced. Each learner receives a certificate upon completion, and course access remains available for up to 1 year.

Available courses:

• DOT – Reasonable Suspicion Supervisor Training (60/60) – Helps supervisors recognize signs of drug and alcohol misuse and understand their responsibilities for making reasonable suspicion determinations under FMCSA rules.
• Designated Employer Representative Training – Helps DERs understand their role in managing DOT drug and alcohol testing responsibilities, records, communications, and compliance workflows.

With recent industry developments putting renewed attention on safety, documentation, and compliance practices across transportation, this is an especially good time to make sure required training is handled ahead of issues.
